Join us for this 8-week gentle yoga therapy group designed to create a supportive space for those navigating the effects of trauma. Guided by trauma-sensitive principles, this group focuses on fostering a connection with your body, cultivating a sense of safety, and promoting inner healing. Throughout this group you will learn more about the nervous system and the impact trauma has on us, resources and skills for managing distress and triggers, and reconnect with the innate wisdom of your own body.
This group is open to anyone looking to explore the therapeutic benefits of yoga in a therapeutic and trauma-sensitive setting, no previous yoga experience is required.
