I specialize in supporting people who are navigating challenges like negative body image, disordered eating, complex trauma, and relationship struggles. No matter what you’re facing, I believe healing and growth are always possible. My passion is helping you uncover what you need to heal, tap into your potential, and build the life you envision.
In our work together, I use a variety of proven therapy approaches, including Brainspotting, Somatic Bodywork, EMDR and parts work. These methods allow us to address the root causes of what you’re experiencing while also building practical tools to manage stress. By integrating somatic therapy, we can connect with the wisdom of your body, helping to process and release trauma in a way that feels grounded and holistic.
