Trauma-Sensitive Care
We proudly provide our treatment from a trauma-focused lense and understand that many of our current life issues stem from past experiences or traumas. Our therapists are all trained in trauma sensitive therapy practices to help you get to the root of your struggles and begin to truly heal.
Somatics Focused
Somatic therapy is a therapeutic approach that emphasizes the connection between mind and body to address emotional and psychological issues. By focusing on physical sensations and bodily experiences, somatic therapy helps individuals become more aware of how their emotions and stress manifest physically. Through techniques like body awareness, movement, and touch, this therapy aims to release stored tension, resolve trauma, and promote overall well-being.
