Meet Ashley

She/Her

Hi! I’m Ashley and I’ve been a practicing trauma therapist since 2016 when I graduated with my Master of Social Work from Boise State University, but I’ve always had a passion for trauma work.

During my undergraduate program at Utah State University I spent my internship working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and found that I deeply enjoy supporting survivors of sexual trauma heal and move forward in life.

Since then, I’ve learned all I can about healing from sexual trauma and have trained in EMDR, IFS and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and use these modalities to support my clients in regaining a healthy mind-body connection.

I love to work with adults who are ready to heal and are willing to do the work. I see my job in the therapy room as a guide, mentor and support as we together create a safe space for you to explore your needs and allow your true self to take the lead in your life.
